Here´s an idea for the NCAA Play-in game:

Instead of having two teams from the lower-tier conferences why don´t they have two at-large teams from the BCS-leagues playing the game. Two teams that were lucky to get in but would still generate a little more interest than Morehead state and Alabama state. This year Arizona and Wisconsin could have played for example. Both teams could be considered a little lucky to be in the dance in the first place, let them show they are worthy! I think they should let the smaller schools be in the "real" tournament without enduring the indignity of playing an extra game far from all the media interest. After all they´ve earned their place by winning their respective league championships!
